Software/Hardware Installation Both software and hardware are configured in-house and installed at each client site to specification. Client IT representatives should be made available to assist PTS technicians with system access, new software installation procedures and connectivity testing. Clients who opt for self installation of terminals will receive preconfigured terminals ready for install. Training The project team client survey shall provide good insight into the agreed upon training format and provides the key training topics. Pacific Time Systems develops the appropriate training documentation by training group for reference by trainees. Should new processes or procedures arise as a result of implementing an automated system, Pacific Time Systems creates documentation to represent how the procedure would be executed within the NOVAtime system. Training is conducted either onsite or online in a train-the-trainer and/or one-on-one format. Ongoing Support Upon successful installation, testing and training, PTS will continue to monitor to ensure effective payroll processing and system functionality. Ongoing support is normally conducted online via remote communication utility, and/or onsite as needed. |
