Pacific Time Systems proudly offers various time device accessories and supplies. Our Product Catalog ensures the overall effectiveness of the Time & Attendance solution we've helped to implement. The catalog provides simple search capabilities that allow shoppers to query by accessory department. The departments are as follows:

Amano time clocks and/or terminals are generally shipped out complete with operations manual within 48 hours of order receipt.
Amano Time Cards generally ship within 24 hours of order receipt.
Data Terminal Badges generally ship within 48 hours of order receipt depending on printing requirements. A customer service representative will confirm printing requirements and numbering sequence upon receipt of order.
Videx products generally ship within 2 to 4 business days of order receipt.
Verifone products generally ship within 3 to 5 business days of order receipt.

Return Policy:

Returns will be accepted for unused equipment. All returned merchandise will require a valid RMA number issued by Pacific Time Systems prior to receipt of equipment. Any delivery of an item without a valid RMA identification will be refused. Any items incorrectly represented by the RMA documentation will be returned without further processing. Returned merchandise must be complete, in salable condition, and in its original packaging. Should damaged or un-saleable equipment be received, equipment will be immediately returned.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from purchase date will require a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise is not returnable after 30 days from purchase date. No exceptions will be made. Customized products, software, cables, labor and shipping charges are not refundable.
